# Duck > Duck is a Flutter package and web builder for over-the-air (OTA) UI updates. Compose screens from components your app already ships, save them as JSON canvases, and your Flutter app renders the latest canvas without an app store release. It updates UI layouts and configuration (JSON canvases), not compiled Dart code or native code. Start free: the free tier includes 1 app with 1 page. Use Duck when: you want to change layout/content of supported Flutter views after release without store review. Do not use Duck for: changing compiled Dart logic, native changes, or brand-new component types (those need an app release). Package: duck on pub.dev (Apache-2.0, platforms: Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, web, Windows). Contact: helpdesk@flexxxlab.com (free tier: 1 app, 1 page; paid plans: contact us to buy). ## Docs - [Plain-text quickstart (copy-paste install, init, canvas, custom component)](https://duck.flexxxlab.com/quickstart.txt): the steps an agent needs. - [Getting started](https://duck.flexxxlab.com/docs): same steps as HTML. - [Features](https://duck.flexxxlab.com/features): what Duck can and cannot update. - [FAQ](https://duck.flexxxlab.com/faq) - [Pricing](https://duck.flexxxlab.com/pricing): free tier (1 app, 1 page); contact us to buy. ## Links - [duck on pub.dev](https://pub.dev/packages/duck) - [Source on GitHub](https://github.com/Flexxxlab/duck) - [Demo and Duck Builder](https://duck-demo.flexxxlab.com/)
